Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important recipes or data before proceeding with account deletion.

How to Delete Your CookCam AI Account

You have two convenient options to request account deletion:

📱 Option 1: Delete Through the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the CookCam AI app on your mobile device
  2. Navigate to Profile/Settings by tapping your profile icon
  3. Scroll down to "Account Settings" section
  4. Tap "Delete Account" option
  5. Confirm your password when prompted for security verification
  6. Review the deletion information and confirm your choice
  7. Your account will be immediately deactivated and data deletion will begin

📧 Option 2: Email Support Request

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@cookcam.ai
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the following information:
    • Your registered email address
    • Your CookCam AI username (if different from email)
    • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
  4. We will respond within 2 business days to verify your identity
  5. Once verified, account deletion will be processed within 30 days

  1. Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you cannot log in

  3. Within 7 days: Most personal data is deleted from active systems

Additional Information

🔄 Account Recovery

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover your data, recipes, progress, or creator earnings. If you want to use CookCam AI again, you'll need to create a new account.

📱 Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Please ensure you:
